R.I.P Paul Walker

Shocking news this morning, actor Paul Walker dies in a car accident during a charity event. He was 40. My favourite Paul Walker movie memory would definitely have to be in 1998’s “Pleasantville”. Walker played Skip Martin, Witherspoon’s temporary love interest in Gary Ross’ visionary masterpiece. Skip Martin was an interesting character to see Walker play, being that I saw him the “Fast and Furious” movies before I got around to this film, which instantly became one of my all time favourites. In the film, he is Reese’s “Mr. Perfect 50s jock-type”, who gets corrupted when her 90s teenage values enters the town of Pleasantville. The film is so good, and so is Walker. If you want to see a good movie tonight, and honour Paul Walker’s talent, “Pleasantville” will hit the spot. R.I.P. Skip Martin, your fans will miss you.
